Refunds policy
At 3G Foreign Educators (3GFE), we strive to provide transparent and professional services to all our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms related to payments and refunds.
1. Service-Based Nature
3G Foreign Educators provides consultancy services, including counseling, application assistance, and visa guidance. Fees charged are primarily for professional services and time invested.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Counseling and consultation fees
Application processing services once initiated
Documentation and profile evaluation services
These services are non-refundable once the process has started.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If a service has not been initiated after payment
If there is a duplicate or excess payment made by the customer
If 3GFE is unable to proceed with the application due to internal reasons
In case a student’s visa application is refused due to reasons not related to fraudulent documents or misrepresentation, refund eligibility (if applicable) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as per company policy. Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by management.
4. Third-Party Payments
Fees paid directly to universities, colleges, embassies, or other third parties are refundable and are governed by their respective refund policies. 3GFE is not responsible for such refunds.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 30-90 working days through the original mode of payment.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before services are initiated. Once the service process has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.
7. Changes to Policy
3G Foreign Educators (3GFE) reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
